Water me down


For many of us water is one of those things that is a ” I do drink water but on days I don’t its no big deal”. Our bodies are smarter than we realize, It offers us built in mechanisms that adjust to our consistencies and inconsistencies. Many of those days of feeling bloated actually comes from our body’s holding on to water on those days we neglect ourselves of “enough” water; it’s a built in survival mode.
